I earned my bachelor's degree from the University of South Carolina with a concentration in Business and Human Resource Management. My career includes over 25 years in banking with the majority of that time spent in the Business Banking space. My specific focus has been working with clients in the Commercial and Industrial space that are in the growth phase of the business cycle.
My spouse, Carolyn and I have been married for 23 years. We are the proud parents of one son and one daughter, who are both in college.
I am passionate about my faith, family, and serving others and the wonderful community in which we live. My wife and I are active members of our church and serve on many outreach committees that support important projects in our area.

I am a member of Precious Blood Catholic Church in Pawleys Island and enjoy volunteering with our local outreach programs. I also serve on the board for Georgetown Bridge2Bridge Half Marathon benefiting Friendship Place and Mingo Creek Academy, which is a the first independent school to be located in the western part of Georgetown County
