I earned my Associate's Degree in Business Admin. from Patrick Henry Community College and graduated from The Virginia Bankers School of Bank Management at UVA My career includes over 20 years in banking with the majority of that time spent in the Business and Small Business Banking space. My specific focus has been working with clients in the services and real estate space.
My husband, Ron, and I have three children and one grandson. My husband runs his own business, a commercial masonry contractor. I enjoy spending free time outdoors hiking, and walking with my rescue dog, Dutchie. I enjoy reading mysteries and historical fiction, crafting and growing flowers and herbs.
I am passionate about supporting and guiding girls and young women as they plan their futures. That passion serves me well in my role as VP of the Danville Professional Women's Association (DPWA) as we plan several fund raising events each year. Our club's main goal is to provide scholarships and mentoring to local, female students.
