Rick Whitted is one of the nation’s top Mortgage Bankers and has been in the financial service industry for 35 years.
Rick has consistently been recognized as a mortgage specialist for helping buyers understand down payment assistance programs, and grant home buyer programs. Rick values providing his clients with a mortgage consultation to ensure they understand the mortgage process.
Mr. Whitted worked for JPMorgan Chase for 22 years, and was promoted to Branch Manager AVP, where he led a top producing team of 14 Loan Officers to excel in community involvement, and faith-based initiatives.
Rick attended Sonoma State University as an undergraduate and studied English. Rick loved playing football and in 1984 signed a professional football contract where he played wide receiver for the Calgary Stampeders in the Canadian football league.
Rick and his wife have 2 boys and 1 girl and live in Redondo Beach, California. Rick loves movies, camping and surfing.
