Marjorie Gumabay

I have served for over 20 years in the mortgage industry in a variety of roles, including origination, processing, closing and funding. In addition to my broad range of experience and knowledge in mortgage lending, I'm also passionate about guiding my clients on their journey to homeownership. As a Mortgage Advisor, I thoroughly assess my client’s goals and share my knowledge on a broad range of mortgage loan options e.g. Conventional, FHA, VA, First Time Home Buyer and BMR Programs to help my clients decide which loan option is the best option for them. I received a bachelor’s degree in business administration and when not serving my clients, I enjoy time with my family, friends, and pets. Some of my favorite things to do include going to different types of restaurants and live performances.
