Josie Ramirez

Josie currently serves as the Managing Director for California CRA Residential Lending at Silicon Valley Bank, a Division of First Citizens Bank. She has 30+ years combined experience with Non-Profit Organizations and Financial Institutions, with 17 recent years focused on CRA Residential Lending and 13 previous years with Non-Profit Community Development Corporations (CDC’s) and Non-Profit Organizations (NPO’s). Throughout her career, Josie has served in a variety of roles aligned with her passion, which is to provide affordable homeownership opportunities for underserved households. Additionally, her years of vast experience includes serving in several management roles and as a Board of Director for NPOs.
