Diana Carvajal-Hirsch

I joined First Citizens, formerly SVB, in 2012 and have 20 years experience working with first-time homebuyers and CRA residential loans. As Managing Director, East Coast Market Leader, I currently oversee First Citizens’ CRA programs in the Northeast.

I specialize working with special state programs such ONE, ONE + Boston, MassDREAMS, and portfolio lending.

Over 20 years I have established an exceptional track record of helping first-time homebuyers prepare for successful home ownership-- primarily by educating aspiring homeowners throughout the loan application process, and by teaching programs to first-time homebuyers through a range of community nonprofit partner organizations.

My goal is to make the loan qualification process as clear as possible to potential loan applicants so they can proceed confidently when ready to own a home. I provide finance education to 500+ first-time homebuyer loan applicants annually.

I earned my Master’s Degree in Marketing from Emerson College, I have been married for nearly 20 years and have 2 beautiful teenage children who keep my hands full at all times.

I am a board member of Latino Support Network, and fluent in English and Spanish.
