Max has been in the residential lending industry for over 25 years. With prior experience as a commercial lender and business development officer, he has been a mortgage loan officer for the last 12 years and has helped many clients achieve their goal of home homeownership. Whether you are purchasing or refinancing, Max has a solid understanding of loan programs and underwriting guidelines that will enable him to tailor options which best fit your needs. Max is a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill and lives in Monroe NC. When not at work, he spends as much time as possible outdoors enjoying the beach, gardening and fishing with his wife, Lisa.
