Carolyn S MacIntosh

Carolyn has been serving the banking and mortgage needs of the Spartanburg area for over 25 years. Her career began at a small community bank in Spartanburg which led her specialize in mortgage lending. Carolyn’s background in lending, loan processing, underwriting, and compliance round out the skill set for being a Mortgage Banker. Carolyn has helped hundreds of clients achieve their dream of homeownership and reach their financial goals. Carolyn brings her superior service, professionalism, and knowledge to each client she serves. Primarily in Spartanburg county, Carolyn also serves needs of clients all over the Upstate of SC.
Carolyn and her husband John reside in the Walnut Grove community. They have 2 grown children Jessica and Justin and two grandchildren. Carolyn enjoys community service and devotes her time to several local nonprofits. She also enjoys relaxing at Litchfield Beach, fitness and training, and watching college football.
