I earned my Bachelors degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and have over thirteen years of experience in banking. The majority of that time has been spent across the Commercial and Business Banking sectors.
My husband, Matt, and I have been married for five years and live in Raleigh, North Carolina. I grew up in Wadesboro, North Carolina and moved to the Triangle in 2003.
I am passionate about spending my spare time volunteering with local non-profits. I am a current member of the Junior League of Raleigh and have spent the last five years on their Membership Development Committee. I am also a board member for the non profit, Arts Together and have served on their executive committee for four years. Arts Together helps to serve my passion for making arts education accessible for all. They provide a year-round multi-arts education and seek to offer scholarships to potential students.
