Christiane (Chrissi) Lombardi has been an Underwriter for First Citizens' Maritime Finance business since November 2019. In this position, she acts as lead underwriter for new transactions and is responsible for the management of part of First Citizens' maritime portfolio.
Prior to joining First Citizens in 2019, Chrissi spent over 11 years at DVB Bank, a specialist in international transportation finance headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany, where she originated and managed shipping loans in North and South America. Her stay at DVB was interrupted from January 2014 to July 2015, when she served as shipping underwriter at First Citizens the first time.
Chrissi earned a B.A. in Business Management and a M.Sc. in International Marketing Management from the University in Leeds. She further received a Diploma in Ship Finance from the Lloyds Maritime Academy.
