With nearly 14 years of SBA Lending experience and almost 30 years in the banking industry, Monique Nicolosi has helped small business owners achieve their goals through acquisition, expansion, and real estate purchases. Some of Monique’s most rewarding professional moments occur when passing by a thriving business and knowing that she was able to help them secure the financing they needed. A native of Flagstaff AZ, Monique’s volunteer activities have included women’s shelters, Habitat for Humanity and organizations benefiting students of the Real Estate Program at Florida State University. Now based in Coral Springs, Monique serves the business financing needs of the south Florida region. She enjoys sporting events, attending concerts, travel and spending time with her husband, four children and their dog, Max.
